Cec: This one was of the best episodic videos I've ever seen!!! The effects, scene transitions, and the overlays were beautiful!! I love the little montage of all the black and white clips! And the transitions at the beginning that kind of look like fireworks: Brilliant!!! And the song: Awesome! I'm going to quit now before my punctuation gets any more obnoxious.

Marie: I loved this video!!! The editing was great, the effects and transitions were fantastic! Nice song and great episodic video. Loved the end where you showed all the clips from various seasons of what was to come. GREAT!

The Beginning:

I loved its editing; I loved how it told the story of the pilot episode, focusing on Tina, a character who has been almost forgotten. I loved how its final minute and how it paved the way for the rest of the series. The quick editing toward the end, where we seen short glimpses of all the characters and events really blew me away!

This video was so wonderful, it focused on City of…yet it wasn’t about Angel, as I suspected it would be. It also didn’t focus on Cordelia and Doyle. It focused on Tina, the coffee shop waitress, which is so unique and Angel’s inability to save her when she needed help. I loved the part where when Angel ran to save Cordelia, Tina’s death flashed in the background. That even though he couldn’t save Tina, he saved Cordelia, and through that action, he was able to seek forgiveness or redemption.

So well done, it was amazing, loved the diting, and the song was great too. really captured the drama of the episode so well

Jessie: I was so torn between this vid and Season 6 because it was so good! It was nice to see such a well done episodic!

Best Editing - The Beginning

Interesting vid. Mostly the very first ep. showing how Angel tries to save Tina and then does save Cordelia. I like the use of flashes at the beginning and then the ones at the end that show everything that has happened since that moment when he couldn't save that one person and all the people he hasn't been able to save since...and those he has.
